From the minute we walked into the store inquiring about plantation shutters, until yesterday's installation, everyone we worked with was fantastic! The salesman spent time with us and showed us all available options, Joe measured every window for a perfect fit, and Steve and Frank arrived for the installation on-time, were organized, neat and did an amazing job!!! We couldn't be happier...thank you all!!!

We had an incredible experience with Instant Verticals from start to finish. We have oversized windows in our living room, primary bedroom, and nursery, so finding the right window treatments felt overwhelming but Joseph made the entire process seamless.

He came to our home to carefully measure each space and brought an extensive selection of fabric samples, which made it so much easier to visualize everything. Their curtain fabric collection is absolutely stunning, with options that feel both high-quality and beautifully curated.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. We always knew what to expect, and the installation team was prompt, efficient, and incredibly thorough. We ended up installing motorized solar shades and custom curtains on all of our windows, and the finished result completely transformed our home.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products, the professionalism of the team, and the overall experience. We highly recommend Instant Verticals, especially Joseph, to anyone looking for custom window treatments.

Chose this company for new powered hunter Douglas silhouette shades. From start to finish, they stay on top of your project. Prompt, professional and always courteous Had 2 shades not operating properly, they were completely replaced in about 3 weeks time which is pretty amazing for a turnaround on custom made shades.

Excellent service for defective Hunter Douglas blinds. Initial phone contact was extremely helpful and turnaround on the repair was quick. Rep in store (Matt) went above and beyond to insure that that the repair would be made quickly and that I understood what was causing the defect.
